The Complete university guide ranking involves a total of 10 indicators to rank the universities in the UK. This system includes multiple agencies to rank the performance of UK universities. The agencies are the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA), Scottish Funding Council (SFC), the Higher Education Funding Council for Wales (HEFCW), Research Excellence Framework (REF) and the National Student Survey (NSS). The University provides two Intakes to International students, autumn and winter intakes. The fall intake starts in September, while the winter Intake starts in January. While pursuing the Master's degree, the students must complete their Bachelor's degree (minimum three years) with a Pass at 55% from a recognised university. For the MArch, they require the equivalent of a UK 2:1 Honours degree in Architecture.

If the students are not able to achieve the required band score for the course, for them the UCA facilitates the pre-sessional English course. In this, if the students have 0.5 to 1.5 (depending upon the course) less band score than the required one. Then they can visit the University and take the pre-sessional English course for six weeks, ten weeks and 15 weeks, depending on how much support they need.
