    Responsibilities

  • To provide professional and quality counselling service that exceeds customer and client expectations.
  • Support execution of the destination wise activity calendars to deliver pipeline leads and conversion targets by intake.
  • Build strong client support through 100% compliance of application processes.
  • Be a productive and effective member of office team and support Office Managers through exhibiting a collaborative operating style thereby building team spirit.

  • Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’sdegree or 2-5 years of overseascounselling experience preferably in the overseas education industry.
  • Strong knowledge of destination and international education systems.
  • Ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Visible orientation towards having high quality service as integral part of work ethics.
  • Computer skills including, Word, Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem resolution skills.

    Job Description

  • He/she is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient end to end processing of applications to our clients.
  • Admin and sales assistance to the counsellors.
  • Follow up leads and contacts to maximize student applications submitted and finalize enrolments, data entry and manage files.
  • Attend to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Managing reception occasionally including responding to and redirecting queries where required.

  • Skills & Education

  • Completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience in the international education industry.
  • Strong Communication skills (oral and written)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office environment, particularly Word, PowerPoint & Excel

  • PTE/ IELTS Trainer

    Location:Jaipur HO

    Job Responsibilities

  • Teaching IELTS & PTE including spoken English to the students.
  • Making teaching plans for the IELTS & PTE Program.
  • Managing the class, preparing the lessons to be delivered to the students.
  • Preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercises.
  • Marking and providing appropriate feedback to the students.
  • Attend walk-ins and telephonic queries for IELTS & PTE.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in IELTS & PTE Teaching is recommended.
  • Basic administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance records.

  • Key Skills

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Should know the IELTS / PTE system well and its exams.

    Job Description

  • Monitoring day to day routine accounting & office Admin daily activities.
  • Monitoring & following up for pending due to be received.
  • Checking & Verification of bills, supporting documents, relevant approvals.
  • Assisting all accounting operations
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize account information
  • Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups
  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
