To apply for the Bachelor's degree, the students should have a transcript showing successful completion of Year 1 of a Bachelor's degree from the recognised Indian University. While pursuing the Master's degree, the students must complete their Bachelor's degree (minimum three years) with a Pass at 55% from a recognised university. For the MArch, they require the equivalent of a UK 2:1 Honours degree in Architecture. 

If the students are not able to achieve the required band score for the course, for them the UCA facilitates the pre-sessional English course. In this, if the students have 0.5 to 1.5 (depending upon the course) less band score than the required one. Then they can visit the University and take the pre-sessional English course for six weeks, ten weeks and 15 weeks, depending on how much support they need.

The fees for the University are very nominal. The fees for International students for a three-year Undergraduate degree are approximately £16950. Whereas the fees for the postgraduate degree range from £16950 to £18500 per year.

Moving away from home is one of the biggest fear that students fear. The University facilitates safe and easy accommodation facilities for international students at all four campuses. Whereas the students also have an option of private accommodation. The average Cost of Living for studying at the University is approximately 10,000 per year.

Scholarship

The scholarship is available for students from the selected countries, including India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka and many others. This Scholarship requires the students to deposit their first-year fee fully by the deadline of the second instalment.
