Eligibility Criteria for STEM Courses in Australia

 

There are certain pre-requisites which needs to be met in order to get admission in the above universities.

  • Academic Qualifications

Interested students who wish to apply for STEM courses need to have a higher secondary certificate. A bachelor's degree is a must in case someone wants to take admission to the postgraduate program. The minimum accepted GPA score for STEM programs is 3.0 or above.

  • Common Admission Test

The aspirant have to sit in SAT or ACT for undergraduate and GRE or GMAT for postgraduation. The scores vary according to the subject of interest. GMAT is compulsory for students applying for an engineering master's degree.

  • English Proficiency Test

International students from non-native English-speaking countries must present the Language Proficiency exam results. According to the different university websites, a minimum IELTS score of 6.0 and a TOEFL iBT score of 90 are mandatory.

  • Work Experience
