You will explore the societal dimensions and impact of work policy and management practices, and how the individual is placed in relation to the firm. This is a rigorous programme of study accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), but it is also flexible with a large number of optional second and third-year modules from which to choose, building a degree that makes the most of your strengths and interests.
