After completing the course in Canada, within how much time we should apply for PSWR?

Canada Govt is offering the PSWR in Canada after completion of the study in Canada. As on 1 year duration, the candidate will get 1 year PSWR AND on 2 years duration, candidate will get 3 years PSWR. So before completion of the course attest 3-6 months before, student can file and apply for PSWR in CANADA.
