UK Student Visa Updates: Higher Rejections | Study in UK 2022

Hello friends,

Herein we will talk about the recent updates from the UK. As we have seen in the Intakes for September 2021 and January 2022, there has been a 95% success rate of UK VISAs. This is the student VISA category that we are talking about. However, the Ministry of Immigration has submitted a letter to the officers that states that there has been a maximum number of VISA refusals from India and it has been mainly due to financial documents and fraudulent documents.

The fraudulent documents are mostly from India:

The issue of fraudulent documents is mostly arising in India which is why India is facing the most VISA denials currently.

Through verification:

The letter has instructed the UKVI officials to strictly verify the documents of all students coming from India, and hence their financial documents and their academic qualification documents will all be thoroughly verified. Moreover, the University officials will also verify all the documents very thoroughly.

All this means that the coming times won’t be easy to get an admission in the UK and hence students who are planning to study abroad in places such as UK, will need to prepare themselves accordingly.

However, they should not try any unfair means to get admission because such an attempt will not ruin their career, but will also make life difficult for those students who have genuine documents and deserve an admission in the top universities abroad.

What should you do if your application for a UK student visa is repeatedly rejected?

So long as your visa application was refused by immigration authorities, there is no limit to how many times you can apply for another student visa to study in the UK. There is no limit to how many times a candidate can submit an application. However, applying for a UK student visa many times is a bad idea. To ensure your resubmit is successful, double-check the reasons for your previous visa application's denial. The candidate cannot be blacklisted until he or she has a criminal record.

What should I do if my visa application is denied?

If your visa application is rejected, you can do the following.

  • If your application is turned down, you may resubmit.
  • If there is a legal basis for an appeal, you can file one.
  • For some applications, you may be able to request a reassessment.

Update: The two-year post-study visa has been reinstated.

The two-year post-study employment visa has been reinstated by the UK government for international students. Students from outside the UK who want to study in the UK in 2020-21 will be able to do so under the new immigration rules. Currently, international undergraduate and graduate students can only stay in the United States for a total of four months. As part of the pilot program, only overseas students studying at 27 universities can remain for a period of six months. Those who are interested in studying in the United States will also profit from this new policy.

We hope you found this information useful. See you next time. Till then, bye.
