MRes in Biomedical Sciences and Translational Medicine students undertake 1 research project over 36 weeks including 2 weeks set aside for preparation of a preliminary project report and 4 weeks dedicated to writing the final research project report and preparing oral, poster and digital media presentations. During the project, all students are encouraged to suggest experiments, design experimental protocols, as well as being taught subject specific techniques and advanced knowledge and transferable skills. The research projects will include a range of research techniques to enhance training in experimental skills.
