  • A first degree from a Russian university is also required. Applicants who have not previously been enrolled in any other degree program outside of Russia will be given priority.
  • The trustees choose candidates who have exceptional academic competence as well as exceptional personal and social traits.
  • They are looking for applicants who want to advance their careers in their native country and spend their lives in ways that benefit their society, whether in business, academia, public service, the arts, or the professions.
  • The information provided by applicants in their graduate application form will be used by the selection panel to determine whether or not they fit the criteria.
  • Applicants who are given this scholarship must agree to return to Russia for at least one year after completing their studies in the United Kingdom.

Oxford Refugee Scholarship

  • Hold a conditional offer to start a master's degree at the University of Oxford in 2022/23 for a one-year full-time or two-year part-time program.
  • Have been displaced within or outside of their home country as a result of conflict or human rights violations, such as persecution. At the commencement of the scholarship application process, more information will be made available.
  • They face obstacles in furthering their education and financial help for their university courses is limited.
  • Have not previously earned a master's degree at the same level as the one for which they are applying.

Felix Scholarships

In addition, the following eligibility criteria apply to the Indian scholarship:

  • You must be an Indian Citizen.
  • You must have a first-class UG and PG degree from an Indian university
  • You must not hold a degree from a university outside of India (this rule does not apply to study done while receiving a Felix Scholarship)
  • You must plan to return to India after finishing your studies.
In addition, the following eligibility criteria apply to the non-Indian scholarship:
  • You must have a first-class undergraduate degree.
  • You must not already have a degree from a university outside of your home country (this requirement does not apply to study done while receiving a Felix Scholarship).
  • You must plan to return to your home country after finishing your studies.
