The scholarships are renewed annually depending on the scholars' academic success, which is required to be equivalent to at least an upper second-class honours (2:1) throughout the undergraduate programme.

The household income and residency status will be used to determine eligibility for the University College of London Undergraduate Bursary scheme. Those with an annual household income of £42,875 or less are eligible for the scheme. New students must be classed as 'home fee status' by University College of London and have been domiciled (lived) in the United Kingdom for three years prior to beginning their undergraduate study.

Candidates can be from any country other than the United Kingdom and must meet all of the following requirements:

hold an offer to study a full-time Master's degree at University College of London in 2021/22; be liable to pay the overseas fee rate for their Master's study; have successfully completed
studied UG at University College of London; have successfully completed

The Bartlett Promise Master's Scholarship

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

be a forced migrant or a United Kingdom domiciled person with home fee status (as defined by University College of London)
have received an offer of admission to a Bartlett master's programme for the academic year 2022/23,
have not previously completed a master's degree at University College of London or elsewhere.

Forced migrants based in the United Kingdom
who have received temporary leave as a result of an asylum human rights application (e.g. Leave to Remain with Restrictions, Leave to Remain with Discretion, and Humanitarian Protection)
Who are unable to obtain student loans (tuition fee or maintenance loan)
