Important Student Update: Study in UK at @universityworcester

You should think about applying to the University of Worcester for a number of reasons, including its small class sizes and expertise in health care, so here are seven things to keep in mind.

Classes with fewer students:

Students at the University of Worcester may expect a personal and hands-on education. Small class sizes allow students to benefit from the guidance and expertise of their professors throughout their academic career. In addition, each student is assigned a Personal Academic Tutor who is available to assist them with their academic concerns.

A large and supportive global community:

Even though you'll be spending most of your time in the classroom and on the job, you'll still have the opportunity to connect with students from all over the world and form friendships. You'll have the opportunity to learn about other cultures and participate in festivities like Lunar New Year and Diwali thanks to the over 70 nationalities represented on campus.

The charming, historic city

Worcester is a hidden treasure, somewhat obscure but a great place in which to live and study. Worcester is home to one out of every ten residents who is a student, which translates to a plethora of student discounts. Rather than being a typical city, Worcester has a unique collection of small, locally owned businesses in unique places. These include pubs in historic Tudor mansions, burger eateries beneath railroad overpasses, and riverside pub gardens. Many live music venues, weekly open-air markets and a retro gaming and pinball arcade can be found in Worcester. Ceremony for the University of Worcester graduates takes place at a cathedral that sits on a river that runs through the heart of the city.

Location:

Students at the University of Worcester can easily travel around the rest of the United Kingdom thanks to its central position. Direct trains to London take just over two hours, while those to Birmingham take 40 minutes. Just 12 minutes apart from the Malvern Hills are the Malvern Hills and Stratford-Upon-Avon, the birthplace of William Shakespeare. The picturesque Cotswolds, Oxford, and Bicester Village, a popular shopping destination, are all within easy driving distance. The university organizes tours for their international students to Blenheim Palace and the Harry Potter Studio Tour regularly.

The joys of living a healthy lifestyle:

A terrific destination to participate in or watch sports, Worcester has it all! In addition to the Worcester Warriors rugby team and Worcestershire County Cricket Club, New Road is often considered as one of the country's most attractive cricket grounds. Social and sporting events take place regularly at the University Arena during Worcester Wolves basketball club matches.

The setting is friendly and safe:

In terms of safety and friendliness, Worcester has been ranked among the top three cities in the United Kingdom, making it a great place to call home.

Health care is one of their specialties.

In what is currently the Worcester Business School's boardroom, the British Medical Association was established in 1832. With a long history of educating caring health care workers, the University of Utah has maintained its connection to the healthcare industry by continuing to provide programs in nursing, midwifery, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and paramedicine.

More than one in three students now at the university are enrolled in health-related programs, and the university was sallocated the biggest allocation of extra student places in the UK for 2020. To commemorate this milestone this year, it has been providing nursing and midwifery education for 25 years and is currently regarded as a national leader in this field.
