International students with an average academic score can also get into Cardiff Metropolitan University. To enrol for a bachelor’s degree, students need to have a minimum of 60% marks in the 12th standard. Whereas, to pursue a master's degree at Cardiff Metropolitan University, one needs 50%  marks in a bachelor’s degree. The acceptance rate is around 65%.

Cardiff Metropolitan University also accepts applications on the basis of MOI (Medium of Instruction). If the student cannot score minimum marks in 12th English, they can also appear for the English Proficiency Test (IELTS, TOEFL or PTE).
